NOTE: You
can now take the P.E. Exam right after graduation with an approved
B.S. in engineering and an E.I. certificate, and get it out of the
way--before you start working in Nevada. Once you've put your four
years of experience in, then you can become licensed. If you are
planning for professional licensure in other states, you should
check their requirements before taking the Nevada P.E. Exam early,
so you won't jeopardize your eligibility there. Applications for
the Nevada P.E. Exam and further information can be found online
at: http://boe.state.nv.us/.
The Fall PE Exam is April 13, 2012.
There are
some updates to the NCEES book that is being used for this course.
